About The Client

Capella Professional are proud to have partnered with a leading commercial telecoms distributor who work in conjunction with two of the biggest players in their industry. Our client is a forward-thinking, innovative and tech-driven organisation that boasts substantial brand recognition. As such, we are recruiting for a dynamic, ambitious & data-driven professional to join their established team based on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre.

About The Role

• Account openings – being responsible for guiding the client through their account setup.
• Commissions checks – liaising between business functions to ensure commission-linked data is actioned accordingly.
• Building and importing commission books – utilising your experience of data analysis (maintaining and extracting data).
• Finance Inductions – ensuring client’s finance function is induced appropriately.
• Handling incoming calls and queries from partners.
• Monitoring commercial viability of sales.
• Supporting with the development of their client’s bespoke sales tool/ CRM.

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm

Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

Fully office based

The Person

• An enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who has experience working in a data entry OR Analyst/Admin role.
• Confident in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data.
• Excellent interpersonal ability with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using Excel.
• Exceptional eye for detail.
