Mansfield Branch Shines in Customer Service Excellence

We are proud to announce our Mansfield branch was a finalist for the Customer Focus Initiative Award at the Mansfield and Ashfield 2020, 2023 Business Awards.

We are proud to announce our Mansfield branch was a finalist for the Customer Service Excellence award at the Mansfield and Ashfield 2020, 2023 Business Awards.

Although we didn’t take home the prize, we are immensely proud of Anna, our Mansfield Business Manager, and Magdalena, our Recruitment Consultant, for their unwavering commitment to our candidate and client satisfaction.

We are grateful to Mansfield and Ashfield 2020 for considering us for this award, it was a pleasure to connect with like-minded businesses in the Mansfield area during the night.

Unleashing Team Spirit

This month our dedicated consultants took to Field Sport UK in Leicester for a day filled with excitement and team building. As our teams operate from separate offices across the East Midlands and West Yorkshire, this event provided the perfect opportunity for them to come together and strengthen our bonds. Through friendly competition and engaging exercises, we had a fantastic time fostering team spirit!

Derby Branch Booms

We’re delighted to announce Victoria’s well-deserved promotion to Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Her exceptional performance liaising with candidates for our Derby clients led to a permanent contract at the beginning of May. This growth not only showcases our dedication to nurturing talent within our team but also represents the continuous expansion of our services.

Head Office Supercharge

At the start of May, we were thrilled to welcome Aimee as our full-time Social Media and Marketing Coordinator. Having been with us for two years, Aimee’s recent completion of her degree prompted her transition to a permanent contract. The addition of a dedicated marketing department at our Head Office, will streamline our efforts and enhance our team’s ability to effectively serve both clients and candidates.

SRS Glows Green

At Sky Recruitment Solutions we prioritise the mental health and well-being of our staff, clients, and candidates. Which is why we actively support causes like Mental Health Awareness Week. This year we participated in “Wear It Green Day” to raise funds for the Mental Health Foundation, where our offices donned their best green attire to highlight the importance of mental health. Additionally, we highlighted our in-house support through our Mental Health First Aiders, access to external counselling, and fitness benefits, including GymPass.

Employee Corner: Celebrating Final Success

Congratulations to Michael, our Ripley Business Manager, whose football team emerged victorious in their cup final on the 20^th of May. We find it inspiring to witness our teams excel not only in their professional endeavours but also in their personal passions. Well done, Michael!

Birthdays and Anniversaries

We’d like to take a moment to wish a very happy birthday to Rich, our dedicated Derby Business Manager, and Aimee, our Social Media and Marketing Coordinator who celebrated in May. We hope they enjoyed a fantastic day celebrating!
