As the first quarter of the year ends it has been an eventful few months picking up after Christmas and starting to get ahead of the Summer peak.

Speaking with Regional Business Manager, Beckie Elliott, it is clear March was an exciting month, full of success, and it sounds like it is only going to get better…

“March has been a whirlwind – a very busy yet rewarding month! Not only did we hit record figures in the SRS offices, but we also hit a record fee for Capella Professional. We celebrated many anniversaries in the business, and overall achievements. Our staff are motivated and determined as ever for the next quarter and we can’t wait for it. We are excited to see the business continue to excel and expand further as our plans for new offices begin…watch this space!”

Spring has Officially Sprung

East Midlands and West Yorkshire recruitment company spread cheer at the start of spring…

As the first day of spring arrived on the 22^nd of March, Sky Recruitment Solutions seized the opportunity to spread happiness throughout the East Midlands and West Yorkshire communities. Our team embarked on a unique mission to gift local businesses with cheerful bunches of daffodils, while also checking in on their current recruitment process.

Not only were we able to see everyone’s faces light up at the first sign of Spring, but we also gained valuable insight into their recruitment experiences. We believe in the power of building long-lasting relationships with local businesses and offering tailored recruitment solutions that can truly make a difference.

Seeing the smiles and excitement at this new season only reinforced our commitment to supporting the communities we serve. We look forward to continuing to make a positive impact on our local area and beyond!

Sky Recruitment Solutions Goes Red for a Cause

At Sky Recruitment Solutions, we believe in giving back to our community and supporting charitable causes. On Red Nose Day, we took part in a fundraising campaign by donning head-to-toe red and running a fun competition of ‘Guess How Many Sweets are in the Jar’. We are proud to have raised a successful £54 for this worthwhile cause.

Congratulations to Amie Jayne-Knight, our Accounts Assistant, who demonstrated excellent problem-solving and maths skills by correctly guessing the exact number of sweets in the jar (273 if you were wondering). At our recruitment company, we love celebrating and recognising the talents and skills of our team, and we are delighted to have Amie on board.

Regional Business Development Manager shines as they pass probation with flying colours…

We are always proud to recognise and celebrate the achievements of our employees. This is why we would like to congratulate Jodie Ambrose, our Regional Business Development Manager for Derby, Burton, and our sister company Capella Professional.

Jodie successfully passed her probation in March following outstanding performance over the last six months. We are thrilled with her success, especially as recruitment is a new industry for her.

We would like to acknowledge the hard work and dedication Jodie has put into her role, and we are excited to continue to have her as part of our team. Congratulations once again, Jodie, on this incredible accomplishment.

Capella Professional and Sky Recruitment Solutions celebrate success with joint team lunch…

We’re thrilled to announce our sister company, Capella Professional, achieved a remarkable milestone in March. With a focus on white-collar recruitment across Nottinghamshire, the team set a new record-breaking fee as they successfully placed a candidate into a new role.

To mark this momentous achievement, the team joined forces with Sky Recruitment Solutions Nottingham branch for a celebratory team lunch.
