They are now seeking dedicated Sorting Operatives to join their growing team.

Sorting Operative

Location: Ilkeston, Derbyshire
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (£14.30 overtime rate after 40 hours)
Hours of Work:

• 8:30am-5:00pm (Mon – Fri)

Please note:
Due to the location, own transport is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting recycled clothing and textiles
• Identifying items for reuse or recycling
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets.

Person Specification

• Essential: Access to reliable transport due to site location and shift hours.
• Physically fit and capable of undertaking manual labour.
• Strong work ethic with a positive and reliable attitude.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Previous experience within recycling, waste management, or a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
