Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours (Monday-Friday):

• Mornings: 6am-2pm
• Afternoons: 2pm-10pm
• Nights: 10pm-6am

Pay Rate:

• AM & PM Shift are £12.21 (£5.00 shift allowance Nights)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for assembling and manufacturing products using hand and power tools. This is a warehouse-based role that requires mechanical knowledge and attention to detail.

Duties:

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform routine inspections and checks to identify and resolve any issues or defects.
• Assist in setting up and adjusting machinery for production runs.
• Load and unload materials and products from machines and conveyors.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Follow health and safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred, but with the right attitude can be trained.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic mechanical understanding of machinery operation. Experience desirable
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts and change week on week.
• Physical fit as some of the products may require heavy lifting, but MHE equipment should be used.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
