Our client is a leading, independent distributor and global provider of innovative supply chains solutions. This allows them to support some of the world’s most critical industries. This includes commercial aerospace and aftermarket; defence and space; automotive manufacturing; industrial equipment manufacturing; and pharmaceutical research and development.

We are looking for Picking Operatives to join their friendly and welcoming team who will go beyond, helping our client deliver the products they need with efficiency and reliability on every level. You will complete a full and comprehensive training program which supports you to become confident and independent in your job role.

You will be trained, working closely with a senior member of staff.

One form of picking would be using hand scanners, computers, machinery aids and conveyor belts to assist you collect the right items and send them to the packing department.

The other way is stationary, standing at an automotive storage machine which rotates shelves to show the order that has been input into it. Once the order is located, counted and labelled, it will send it to packing.

The company will offer you a permanent contract to you after 12 weeks completion of work.

Working Hours:

Monday- Friday working schedule.

9;00 am – 6;00 pm £10.00per hour
