The initial introduction and fact finding, is a very professional and thorough process that has been developed over many years, and requires the input of our clients, as we believe that the partnership will only work with complete cooperation. This information compiled is also refreshed with our client base at least every 6 months to ensure that our processes, and understanding of your business needs, is 100% up to date.
Understanding the role, whilst also ensuring the Health and Safety of our candidates, is a responsibility we take very seriously, which is why we always pass our audits with flying colours when organisations (REC, GLAA) check our compliance. We work to the very highest industry standards.
Initial telephone briefings, site familiarisation exercises, introductions to all stakeholders, timeframes agreed and strategy aligned to the business’ requirements, joint authorisation of the advertising strategy – all of this is standard, but bespoke.
Ultimately, our aim is that our clients can ‘park’ their recruitment needs with us, and allow them to concentrate on their own business – the theory being “you’re experts in what you do, but we are the experts in recruitment, so let us handle this for you”.
